Factory Quality Audit (FQA)
Our Factory Quality Audit (FQA) provides a quick, efficient, and practical evaluation of a supplier before placing an order. It is designed for buyers who need a clear overview of a factory’s quality capabilities, production facilities, operational standards, and overall suitability without requiring an extensive audit. Conducted at the manufacturer’s premises, our FQA helps buyers verify and qualify potential suppliers before making a financial commitment.
Procedure
Once a confirmed audit request is received, NOVELTY SOURCING arranges an experienced auditor to visit the selected factory and conduct the assessment based on the buyer’s requirements. The findings help buyers make informed sourcing decisions and select the most suitable manufacturing partner.
Social Audit (SA)
Our Social Audit (SA) helps buyers evaluate whether a manufacturing partner maintains responsible workplace practices and meets required social compliance expectations. The audit focuses on key areas such as working conditions, employee welfare, health and safety, working hours, wages, workplace policies, and ethical business practices. Conducted at the manufacturer’s premises, our Social Audit helps buyers assess and qualify suppliers before placing orders while supporting responsible and sustainable sourcing.
Procedure

Audits & Compliance Support

Shipping & Logistics Management
NOVELTY SOURCING provides reliable and coordinated shipping and logistics support from factory to the buyer’s designated warehouse or destination. Our experienced logistics team works closely with factories, freight forwarders, C&F agents, and buyers to ensure smooth shipment handling and timely delivery. We can work with our trusted logistics partners or coordinate with any freight forwarder or C&F agent selected by the customer.
Our team also ensures that essential export and shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other required documentation, are prepared and shared on time.
